Paul has been a contributor to our community in many ways, including his work with SPS. In addition to working with other nonprofits previously, he helped develop the 19 park plan as a member of the SPLAT committee back in 2005. Paul’s day job has provided opportunities to make an impact from the inside of City Hall, helping make Portland a more livable community.
